Vydra can only play well if we are providing the service.

Atm that service from Hogg is about as good as Little Chef

Watford striker Matej Vydra has suggested he will wait until the end of the season before making a decision on whether to join the club on a permanent basis.

Vydra has enjoyed an impressive season at Vicarage Road on loan from Udinese and Watford are keen to sign the 20-year-old on a long-term deal.

But, with the Hornets pushing for promotion to the Premier League and just two points off second spot, Vydra is in no rush to decide.

"We'll see if we win promotion or stay in the Championship," Vydra told CTK. "I like it at Watford and would like to continue to play there.

"After all, I've built something there already.

"I don't know if I'm ready for it (the Premier League), but who would not like to try this competition at my age. Even younger players are there, but we'll see."

Vydra has scored 20 goals this season, but is currently on his worst run of the campaign after failing to find the net in four appearances and he puts this down to closer attention from defenders.

He added: "Recently when I'm on the ball, I'm either sent down to the ground or I have two defenders to deal with.

"It's obvious that they are defending me more thoroughly than they were in the past.

"Everybody wants to pick up points and the aim of each club is to shut out the best scorer of the opposing team."

Seems sensible for him to wait to see whether Watford gain promotion or stay in the championship.... reckon a few others such as Abdi and Eckstrand in the same boat

Does though seem to contradict statements coming out of the club especially by Nani through the season that loan players have signed already and just waiting for deals to be ratified.

  5. Seems to have a spot of the billy big bollox about him

Was it his concession that he doesn't think he's ready to play in the Premiership which led you to that conclusion?

  7. No, it's the enormous gonads you can see through his shorts that first led me to develop the theory

They do have their own agents...which could mean nothing but we know how some act.

I think that last quote would just be how it translated, not necessarily brilliantly, I'd imagine what he means is those at the top of the goal scoring charts of that club, although I could be wrong.
