I didn't read it that way. My take was. Both would stay at the clubs they are loaned too at the moment but on a permanent basis.

Seems pretty mutually beneficial, we get a really bright young winger that we wouldn't get otherwise, they get a bright young full-back who's been doing well for them but who didn't seem at home here for whatever reason, plus another non-EU spot in their squad for Martins.
