If he gets an assistant manager he is accepting the failure of Malky, Alec, Hunter and the other 2 or 3 coaches he brought in.
we need an assistant manager these are all coaches we need an assistant in the form of a mentor figure like KB was because this is where AB is failing there is nothing better than expierence to fall back on we have about three coaches who like aidy are still relitively new to there roles so it makes sense to get some good knowledge on board aswell.
yes he did and this is the point of this thread to me what aidy said is a bit worrying, Aidy has allways been quick to mention about KBs contributions and that how much of the management set was as a two man team and now he says he wont be replacing him, personally why would you not want an assistant manager especially in Aidys situation.
