I have heard that the ground is under a bit of water and up there it is still raining very heavy. not bad here, but don't fancy a wasted journey, time to ring reception.
It's raining here in Croxley but I'd only call it heavy drizzle from what I can see. Wouldn't worry, they'll get it playable. Aidy won't want a fixture backlog.
if the rain stays like it is in harrow , i doubt normally it woubt be called off. Although it depends on what the state of the pitch is. I doubt it will be called off though.
Yeah raining here in Oxhey too. Although it wasn't that bad over night was it? We should get those mop things that they had at st marys.
It'd be embarassing for a southern based Premiership club to have successive home matches called off due to rain. Any news from reception Jon?
Just off the phone Pitch is covered, it is raining hard but no planned inspection at the moment. Cover due to be removed around 12 (bit early IMO, but its probably a big task), one concern to me would be the sides now being dangerous with all the water running off.
Great Soggy pitch, ball gets stuck, not a day for passing on the floor. This condition would suit our style of play. Come on 5-0! Easy Easy Easy
mild drizzle in hayes... and heading watford way... was belting it down earlier.. so could be a good sign
8mm of precipitation in Watford so far today which is about as much fell during the Wigan match in my garden at least. The difference between last time is just how heavy it was and the fact it had rained already that day (25mm in total) and the days before.
Our pitch or Barnet's? Our pitch is awful again. We're getting closer to receiving a fine from the FA.
