you do know we are not actually going into administration right? just a bit of brinkmanship by our great chairman.

everything is rosy down at the vic, especially as we currently sit above the blunts, despite having perhaps the most inexperienced and one of the most cheaply assembled squads in the league (excluding ellington).

how does it feel supporting a club that has the funds, has the ground but lacks the players, the will or the know-how of surviving in the top level? we are a championship side and we know it, but you guys see yourselves as big fish in a small pond.

good luck for the rest of the season.

The Oxford English Dictionary would tend to disagree, but I'm sure you know better....

"British usage accepts both -ize and the more French-looking -ise (organise, recognise, realise).[49] The -ize spelling is preferred by some authoritative British sources including the Oxford English Dictionary—which lists the -ise form separately, as "a frequent spelling of -IZE...".["

What's the cod Nordic phrase for 'know-nothing *******?' - Svenska something or other isn't it?

Do you always use Wikipedia to back up your trolling, it figures.

The broad rule is that the -ize forms are standard in the US, but that -ise ones are now usual in Britain and the Commonwealth in all but formal writing. For example, all British newspapers use the -ise forms; so do most magazines and most non-academic books published in the UK.

Just because the Oxford Dictionary conforms, doesn't mean ize isn't an Americanism.

What's the unemployed miner phrase for 'preach what I know nothing of'.
