Just finished a Rustlers BBQ rib sandwich and a cup of coffee, cracking stuff.

 

Handmade chicken and salami pizza with a green side salad. Washing it all down with a diet coke.

 

chicken caesar wrap, black pepper crisps bottle of fizzy flavoured water.

why would anyone want to know that?

Bacon, Cheese and Mushrooms in a crusty roll, washed down with lovely tap water.

If a meal like that doesn't inspire me to finish this essay nothing will.

10 Chicken Dippers accompanied by a dollop of mayo and a dollop of BBQ sauce.

Can't knock it.

 

2 Crusty Tiger rolls from tesco filled with thick bacon and brown sauce.

Some grapes

Bottle of M&S lemon & Lime still water

Empire apple

what can i eat to gimme alotta energy thats also not too heavy ??

 

I didn't have lunch.

 

Now you must have 3 meals a day , thats not healthy your a growing lad

I finished school at 12.50, went to a birds house, got back about 3 and had a burger, that's alright

indeed i did have sub of the day with a cookie and drink. The bread was herbs and cheese very yummy indeed.

For some reason i have read all 4 pages of this boring thread so i will contribute.

Chicken Caserole and chips with 2 buttered rolls, washed down with a 500ml bottle of orange juice......chips were salted.

I then bought a Kit Kat and a pack of shortbread biscuits to go with my cup of tea back at work, tea had one sugar in.
