I'd love it if we signed a 16 year old Hungarian goalie, whose name escapes me at the minute. I'd imagine the fee would be negligible. Oh well, I can dream!

I wanted us to sign Poom but never thought about Jackson. Was putting them as I was showing who we have signed already aswell as who I want us to sign.

Sources in Derby today suggested that Watford are looking to seal a deal for County left back Mo Camara. Guinea international Camara signed for the Rams in August 2006 from Celtic but sound his first team opportunities limited when Billy Davies snapped up Blackburn full back Jay McEveley in January. Known for his frightening pace and athleticism, Camara has previously played for Wolves, Celtic and Burnley. With favoured target Paul Robinson holding out for a move into the Premiership, it is believed Watford have identified Camara as the man to fill their problematic left back role. Camara has two years remaining on his deal with the Pride Park outfit, yet Derby will only be looking for a fee in the region of £500k. Camara is known to be disappointed at losing his place at Derby and will be striving for an instant return to the Premiership under the expert tutelage of Aidy Boothroyd.
I'd love us to sign Claus Jensen. I think he's available on a free from Foolham. Claus came to England from Lyngby - my much beloved home town club, but unfortunately he's been very injury prone. However, he's been injury free for 6 months now and I think has turned a corner. He's premiership material but only rumours of CCC clubs interested are surfacing. Watford could - and even if Aidy is not looking for more midfielders - Claus would be a class apart from what we have - AND he's a very good set piece taker. Oh Cudicini would be fantastic but I'm sure prem clubs would go for him too. Good shout. But probably wages could be an issue. Not sure we need another winger. H for sure but Vassel - are you joking?
I would like us to sign...: Paul Robinson £2 million maybe rising to £3 million from West Brom. Why?Because he is experienced at Championship level and would give his all and encourage those around him to do the same. I'm not fussed about whether he played for us or not, he's the type of player i'd prefer we had, than was playing against us and if he became available... Earnshaw £3 million maybe rising to £5 million Proven striker at Championship level, has pace and knows where the goal is. Also another big name that would give a boost to the fans before the first game. A signing like that would show our intent. Think we need to move quickly though, Norwhich are after Sharp (and Earnshaw might stay for that reason), though if he doesn't it will be because Bent will probably leave Charlton and i imagine Earnshaw will be seen as a good replacement
Very good shouts BUT - I can't see us getting either. I think the prices you state are a bit high BUT we have the money and those ARE proven players. If we managed to get both I think most fans would be very very happy with our dealings in this window. But as I set - I think you'll end up disappointed.
James Milner...come on people, I'd love us to sign Ronaldo, Beckham and Puyol but none of them are likely to happen. Be realistic at least!
And at 2mil, i dont think so. Would he drop down to CCC when he is still good enough IMO to play premiership football.
