Feed back and constructive critisism is all important to making a forum like this work well... if you find something is not working for you then voice it, as you did, and where possible or reasonable it will be sorted out.
User feedback is one of the things that has made this as good as it here so a pat on the back to all of you, its not just us that make this board a good place to be afterall.

 

Exactly, and that's why we have the shoutbox during matches because of a suggestion by UEA.

 

And what a great idea it was, I have used it often and it makes my saturday afternoon watching the games on here alot more entertaining.
