Year in year out, the Premiership becomes more and more boring, more and more predictable with Chelsea dominating and United, Liverpool and Arsenal falling ever shorter of the title.

However, despite the boring football played out between the top teams in the Premiersip, the football in the two leagues immeditaly below the Premiership is in stark contrast and much, much more excting and competitive. Although a lot of the football is the ball going long, and not Arsenal-esque, anybody can beat anybody.

Just look at the Championship and Cardiff City. They ran away with it, lost it and now they're back in the hunt along with Wolves, Preston, Sunderland, Birmingham, West Bromich Albion and Southampton. Moving onto League One there's Scunthorpe, Forest and Yeovil all looking for promotion.

Ok, so there aren't big names like Henry, Rooney, Lampard and Gerrard, but I'll tell you what there are some great young players who have come into the Premiership after impressing in the Coca Cola Leagues, for example Tom Huddlestone and Majid Bougherra. And within the Champiosnhip and League One there are even more exciting youngsters. Players like Jay Bothroyd, Michael Chopra and Dean Whitehead have all failed in the Premiership, but they are exceptional talent within in the Championship.

Finally there's the money point of view. Players aren't on 100k+ a week, probably the majority only earn that over a number of months, not minutes. Add all these factors together and I believe that the Coca Cola Leagues are at least 10x better than the Premiership.

    What do you think?
