Looks like Andre Gray's fiance got the opener for Brentford. She's matching him goal for goal this season.

Going off this defensive performance I am sure they will drop points. Brentfords defence have been all over the place a better team than Wycombe could have had 6 or 7.

 

I missed the foul but the Wycombe players were going ape **** so it was probably a controversial one.

 

Yes we have to make the most of Monday nights fixture. Brentford have Reading, Middlesbrough and Bristol City coming up so will be interesting to see how they do against those teams. They were always going to beat Wycombe at home.

I am not sure they could have easily conceded 7 also. Against a better side than Wycombe they would probably have been a few goals down at half time and there is no way they score 7 against anyone else in the league. The scoreline completely and utterly flatters Brentford, Wycombe just folded after the 4th goal up until then Brentford were not very good.

 

You could be correct but their manager whose name escapes me,was doing a passable impression of a lunatic after the Swansea match.
He reminded me of the end of the Jilted John song in a way.
That will settle him down for a bit I imagine.

 

Brentford have been rising slowly but surely after a slow start. They look like the most likely champions. Very hard to see us getting automatic promotion or winning the play offs without a goalscoring striker.
