Interesting episode last night... I'd have been tempted to fire Natasha, Jim & Susan to be honest, though i'm just glad Natasha has gone.

Many many errors, but how the losing team didn't produce a balance sheet, I do not know. Not surprising that the other team - 'MyPy' - did, as they had Tom.

Intreguing to have the interview stage as the final... looks good though.

 

not really interviews, but they are pulling apart their business plans.

I love the hardline taken by the people doing them, really tests the candidates. Wish I had the balls to have run that hard a interview when I used to do them.

 

Getting worried at the amount that everyone connected with the show is bigging up Susan.

I hope I'm wrong but I can see her winning it.

 

Well, it depends what you are interviewing for. If it's an interview where the succesful candidate gets £250k and some of the biggest business clout in the country handed to them on a plate, then fair enough. If it's for a £15k admin role, then it's not really fair to reduce a 19 year old college girl to tears, by being a ballsy hard ass and telling her that her CV is full of **** and that you can smell ******** whenever she speaks.

 

I think it'll be 30 mins interviewing, 45 mins task, 15 mins explaining their concept and watching sir alan debate over them, then 30 mins in the board room.
