    Alcaraz is still suffering.
Saf is not unlike The Lion, quite erratic.
Probably two places remain for Turin.
Medivet upsetting the Parisians, which isn't difficult!
Stupendous pick up from Dimi in his victory!
Valid point made by Mark Petchey regarding the lack of a singles net at Bercy. Ridiculous in a 1000 event to have a one size, wheel on net. Amateurish.
    Iga in two v Coco.

At last a player taking a stand against this stupid fairly recent trend of matches finishing at crazy times, especially in France.

Sinner started at midnight last night and finished after 2am. He was the crazily scheduled to play again today at 5pm but he’s said no, he’s fatigued and he’s quit the tournament.

Well done to him. At some venues matches are being played at nonsensical times that fail to consider player welfare.

It was a thoughtless piece of scheduling but this began in the late '70s/ early '80s at Flushing.
The erroneously named 'Super Saturday ' resulted in the second men's semi final starting very late and therefore reducing the winner's chance of the title to almost zero.

The problem Bercy has is not one of TV interest,as in Melbourne and NYC but of the stage of the draw and wanting to have the big names on the only really decent court.

Sinner is the form player in the last six weeks but having won last week in Vienna and then having a tough previous round the odds were against him,as was the schedule.

Coupled with it being a last 16 match and many to fit in,it all collided against him.

I'm surprised at Cedric Pioline but what's done is done.

Tsitsipas qualifies for Turin beating Zverev.

Becker, working with The Boy Band, becomes more like Kaiser Wilhelm by the day!

Dimitrov into the final where he will play Djokovic.

Tsitsi should have won that match but probably one match too far given his injury and last few weeks. Dimitrov probably the best player on tour these last six weeks.

Djokovic doesn't look fit either. Tremendous effort to battle through his last matches.

Pegula destroys Gauff to reach the WTA final.

    Swiatek loses...one game to Pegula.
    Humiliation in a final,ouch.

Think Murray is nearing the end.
He's cut a forlorn figure in the last two months.
    Perhaps he'll retire after Malaga?
Draper loses in three to fellow southpaw Mannarinno.

Jodie Burrage blows it big time at the Copper Box in the BJK Cup.

Sweden are without their top two ladies.

4-0 up against an opponent 250 places below her she loses 4&1.

    1 all as Boulter wins.

Italy v Canada in the actual final.

Sinner v Tsitsi first up in Turin.

Dare I say nearing crunch time in Turin?!

A breakthrough win for Sinner v Djokovic .

    No doubt delighted the locals.

    Best match of the year.
Some of Sinner's retrieving, neutralising and winning the point, especially on his backhand out Djokoviced Djokovic!

Whilst Alcaraz has received most of the adulation Sinner, with Darren Cahill a shrewd appointment as coach, has improved considerably, especially his serve.

    That's why they upgraded Roehampton.
They knew there was strong opposition.
About time someone called out the so called GB fans.
Paid by the LTA,they used to be medical students from Stirling University.
If football fans behaved how they do and have done over the last fifteen years they would be called yobs.
Wouldn't want them operating on me!

They can bog off. The space can be used for the public and wildlife as intended. One day hopefully instead of developing everything with currency signs in their eyes, we'll see such spaces re-wilded.

The Gerbeau creep wants to build a tacky amusement Park on marshland. He too can eff off. The greed of developers is never satisfied.

And awful behaviour from GB oiks interrupting an interview with Nole after his Davis Cup win. I'm not surprised he told them.to shut up.

Djokovic blows four mps and loses to Sinner five in the third.

Italy a set and two one in the deciding doubles.

It would be fitting if Italy win. A testament to their strength in depth in the respective tours, especially ATP.

Italy reach the final and must be favourites over Australia who were very fortunate to be the young Czech team in the quarters.

    ATP Next Gen Final.
Fils, already 35 in the rankings plays the frightening looking Medjedovic, who seems 35!

Medjedovic blows first set breaker having had two set points but is now a set all and a break in the third, which with his serve and Fast 4 is tough to retrieve.

Medjedovic blows fourth set breaker too.
    Choked it away.
    Can he recover?
    Yes.
    Wins the final set 4-1.
Very big serve, strong groundshots and physically strong with the ability to defend in the corners.

She took the first set off Svitolina and lost the 2nd on a tie break but is being over powered now .

And lack of fitness probably told too .

Interesting that you say she was overpowered as Mrs Monfils isn't a big hitter, although she has become more aggressive since changing her coach.

ER needs a sustained batch of matches this year,no injuries,no chopping and changing coach.
