    I do remember when someone before had the issue too - I think it was needing to add a comma in after each one or something.

    Maybe the first one worked but all subsequent names didn't. Did Watfordtalk get it I wonder?!

    I’ve just checked a bump from Diamonds game last season he didn’t use any comma’s, I could try and see if it makes any difference

    I've put in a request for it, hopefully it will be looked into asap. For now if you want to use the format just quote the person's original post as basic alerts for likes and quotes are working as expected.

    Look at the top of the main forum home page for your name - the one next to Inbox and Alerts.

    • Hover your mouse arrow over it but do not click it.
    • You will get a small menu with "alert preferences"
    • Click that, and make sure all boxes are checked (or the ones you want to recieve).
    • When done - click "save changes".

    Hopefully that should fix it.

    @SkylaRose hmmmm thanks, so what you are saying is that a lot of people haven't got the necessary box checked, seems odd because I believe alerts were getting through @cyaninternetdog have you been notified of this?

    This forum did undergo a change of hosting, so it's possible accounts would of reverted back to default status (in regards to whatever the "factory settings" of account status is). I don't know the ins and outs of it all, but that would be my guess.
