I thought T-Mobile was for chavs and schoolkids? It's about time there was a special mobile network for the upper middle classes. A Coutts & Co. Network or something.
The annoying thing is that where I live, it is the only network where I can get guaranteed coverage within my house.
My dad is with T Mobile. He had similar problems and was told it was a software error. Contact them, and they should be able to advise you.
