Any chance of a software upgrade to : 1. Automatically merge postings of the same subject using keywords. and 2. Automatically stick postings in the right section (eg CJ posts should be under Rumours/Transfers)
this version does when the mods get off the arses! although actually the would be sitting at the computer.
It is rather annoying. if people just took 5 mins to read the first few pages of today's posts this wouldn't happen. Trouble is they get all excited, cream themselves and the thought of posting something first and then we get numerous threads on the same bloody thing.
The mods have been working their backsides off with all this lately. In my opinion it's better to have too many threads on a busy board than none at all on a quiet one. We're also working on streamlining some forum areas too, so always loads going on in the background.
Crikey some of you expect a lot from a free board! Admin and mods probably have one or two other things to do as well as keeping us all happy! It must be a thankless task.
We are constantly trawling the site moving things about... unfortunately we cant be everywhere all the time so at times it will be a bit messy.. of course placing things where they should be in the first place would help!!!
