    yeah but what film will hebe watching afterward? Fiddler on the roof? Oliver twist? schindlers list?

    Has anyone else noticed that there are only a very few number of companies that make lifts? Otis is one. Schindler is another. Schindler's lift - always makes me chuckle

    Sordell's not doing too badly, Pearce is playing him as a lone striker and as a result he is not getting much of the ball. He is causing a few problem's for the Israeli defence, just not as much as Palestine....

    Problem is he is alerting other clubs to his abilities. And other players at these get togethers like to talk about their wages and so forth.

    A players head can be turned quite easily.

    This is a real problem with the academy. We need to keep a group of the best together not sell them off piecemeal before we have had any chance to acheive something with them.

    Much like Crewe Alexandra under Gradi.

    Whoever laughed at my statement a week or so ago that Sordell is a brilliant replacement for Graham and he could be as good as him if not better by the end of the season, then surely that proves you were wrong, and that you criminally underrated Marv. Anyway, fantastic goal and all round display, not getting carried away but COYH

    You will get slated for saying that, but you've got a good point. Would be nice to see us hold out for a decent fee as and when the time comes. Should in theory be more realistic considering we are supposedly in a position where we don't have to sell everyone for derisory fees anymore!

    Lets at least keep him till the end of the season though:drinking:

    Oh! So he is now nearly as good/ as good/ better than now Wickham is he?

    I said this ****ing ages ago and all I got on here was a load of abuse and condescending crap about how Wickham Was SOOOOOOO good, and SOOOOOO much better and SOOOOO premiership class and played for a proper team like Ipswich and we should accept our lot and accept any team that offers 50p for him and be thankful.

    Connor Wickham is overrated as ****. Sordell is a better player, and looks like he has improved greatly over the summer, fair play to him as it looks like he's worked hard to do so

    I wasn't saying we did accept, just that people were saying we should. And 50p is obviously hyperbole and my way of saying "much less than Wickham went for"
