you just have to take your hat off to an incredibly talented, hard working bunch of kids who have probably put in one of the finest displays by a visiting team that I can ever remember at Anfield. Simple, short, passes, frightening pace and movement and clinical in front of goal, Arsenals future looks very bright. Never mind, eh! Only Barcelona standing in our way of silverware now
And Watfords young squad will be challemging the gooners in two years time. Only team standing in the way of silverware for WFC is themselves. C U Saturday 10am at the junction.
Must of been horrific for you to sit and watch that mate. And another drubbing coming on Saturday! You coming down for the game?
Don't know what you mean by that, he picked a team that he, along with most of us before kick off, thought would do a good job against their reserves, but as we all saw, there young lads are a little bit special and deserved to win plain & simple. If he had picked his first choice 11 and won the game everyone would have said 'well you should beat their reserve side', so Rafa can't win either way.
I am coming down mate, yes. Can't explain last night really it was very surreal, but like I say you just have to take your hat off to them.
Rafa with his squad slelection is what i'm refering to. You ******ed your season the moment he began his silly squad rotation, doesn't work, never has done and never will.
Hang on a minute, Wenger made nine changes to his side last night and scored six away from home, so to say rotation never works is a bit of a mystery to me. Before the two Arsenal games Liverpool were unbeaten in 11 games and kept nine clean sheets, and last season while third isn't good enough for Liverpool it was our best ever premiership points tally, an FA Cup win, and a Champions League win the season before that, yep, never works , never has done.;D
Glad you are making the trip, I will try and get to Moons to meet up again, but can't promise. Safe trip down, hope its a miserable trip back
When i say rotation it means that he chops and changes on a regular basis which Rafa did and rightly so got criticised for it. Wenger made several changes for ONE game and that being the league cup.
Meeting Paddy at Watford Juction station I think. I'm driving down and according to LFC's website we have been allocated North Bushey RBL car park on Clarendon St, near to the station. Looking forward to it mate.
I know what you mean, but you won't get me complaining, we weren't moaning when we were lifting the FA cup and the European Cup so I'm not going to critisize now. Like Rafa said last night ...We win together, and we lose together.
haha liverpool first team got beat by the arsenal youth i think watford should put there youth out we might beat them 7-3 go one better than the arsenal youth
well im not sure about that but i do feel we can beat liverpool on sat just because there be down after last night hammering and they got injurys to so we got a good chance of winning or in the other hand they could just kick are arses
over the course of the two ties, arsenal had like 11 shots on goal and scored 9 times. do you really think hendo will be that clinical?
hendo would of watch last night game and would of being saying to himself if i dont start scoring aidy going to sell me so just wait till sat im even going to put a tenner on him scoreing the frist goal on sat ( i just hope he starts now lol )
