Just had a call from the ticket office. Apparently Ive downloaded my season ticket to phone too early (although after they said I could) so have been instructed to delete and redownload. Wasnt the most straight forward of things to do. So thought Id pass it on to try and lessen the chaos on saturday of crowds trying to get in with passes that dont work and an overloaded mobile data network
Maybe. Only asked as mine seems to have just rolled over to the new season on its own, although the main evidence of that is the Mr Q logo is now on it on Google Wallet.
My two season tickets have disappeared from last season. Do I need to download again? Edit - Just done it and very simple it was too
Same here. Mine automatically loaded into my Apple wallet (unlike last season when I had to physically do it). It still had last season’s sponsors’ logos, so I turned Auto Updates off and back on and the ticket updated to the latest version.
I'm sorry darling but my season ticket appears to have downloaded too early. It's never happened before....
