Before I forget, MM's transcript on signing Cleverly was brilliant, and the unknown problems money wise to get him.

 

I wasn't there last night but didn't he have to ring Fergie numerous times to tell him that we couldn't afford the loan fee? We were then allowed to sign him on the promise that we would pay them once we'd sold Tommy? Pretty decent of United that, to be fair.
