An extra special loss was the game v Everton. Not only did we lose convincingly with Wigan winning on the Sunday against the mighty Newcaslte, the weekend has now closed the chapter of this seasons premiership campaign.

At last we as fans can now go along to the home games, knowing that it is not the points that matter any more, but the manner in which we play. We will surely now see some changes to playing personel and maybe a new style or approach to games in order to build a squad ready to take over the fizzy pop league and bring back the smiles of joy on the Watford fans faces that have been muted for so long this season. To have beaten Everton would only have prolonged the agony of what would be a miracle beyond miracles had Watford retained premeirship statuts, but fear not, the equation may still add up to a chance, but the reality adds up to doomsday.

So, though another loss, this loss does not hit the depression buttons one little bit and clears the passage way of weekly despair, into a tunnel with a perfectly bright light and welcoming exit to it.

Yet the season is not over, the damage shyte Watford can impose can still keep the remaining matches worthwhile for the fans.

It will be nice to take a point or all 3 against Chelski, a little knife in the side to cut them even further from Manure and impose the final reason for them to surrender a third consecutive premiership title, so undesrving and unworthy of a shyte boring defensive minded football team.

Then the trip to bramballs lane - will it be like last term, where not only did Watford win significantly, but I to won on the socreline, my typical bet came in and paid for a lot of marmalade and honey jars. Will we draw the blades back into the cutting edge of success and failure, luring them into the jungle of death, fit only for the weakest, waiting for the last breath to draw them into the depths of obscurity and humiliation. How wonderful for the other fans, how sweet to see, Colins Winkers come so close to survival but then to fall at the final hurdle and then who's season would have been more successful and whose more gutting. The nearly men or the no hopers?

Yes going down is not pleasant, but it is far worse for any other team in the premiership than ourselves. We will grow and develop from this experience, West Ham, Charlton, Wigan or who ever the other two teams joining us will be, will not be so lucky as players depart for premiership football thus breaking up the major players of those teams, whereas the little Watford with their nicely balanced squad of individuals will see a few go and a few come but basically the squad is in place to take the fizzy pop by storm, so bring it on.
