Course it's not banned. If the keeper is allowed to move on his line the player should be allowed to stagger his run up. After all, the advantage should always be with the attacking team.
not the point. players should just run up and kick the bug*er, not twiddle around and wiggle their bum like ronaldo. is all i say.
If the keeper dives early then what is to stop Ronaldo from waiting and then placing it. Surely players prepare for the game and would know that Ronaldo likes to do the stop start routine and be prepared for it.
Think they are not allowed to stop however he slowed but kept on going therefore getting round the rules just. When the FA take up my suggestion of shooting him on sight however there will be no further problems.
I think you should stop complaining. Ronaldo does this because it gives him an advantage, which it obviously does seens as he never seems to miss. This is just a style of taking penalties, next you'll be saying that players should be booked for dummying free-kicks.
dont see anything againts the rules this just the equivalent of keepers moving on there line to distract perfectly decent penalty and if it works why not
why do you hate him so much? i admit he used to dive alot but hes cut that out of his game now and is arguably the best player in the world at the moment
H did stop and stutter sometimes, but more often he just strolled up and rolled it in the bottom corner. still does. the way ronaldo takes penalties epitomizes he arrogant nature for me.
Cut the dives out of his game? i hope you are taking the pi$$ yes a good player and without the diving he'd be a great. Why with that skill does he need to dive and cheat?
