    West Brom star Paul Robinson has called on the rest of the squad to draw inspiration from his promotion with Watford eight years ago.

    However, the Baggies defender, who has recently been named captain following Curtis Davies' season-ending injury, was a member of Graham Taylor's Hornets side who endured a similar run of form before being promoted to the top flight through the play-offs in 1999.
    "When I was at Watford in the 1998/99 promotion season we'd lost two on the bounce and we had 10 games to go," said Robinson.
    "We knew what we wanted to do and we showed what we could do as a group of players and the great team spirit we had there.
