Yep, another absolute fraud. Give him the Portuguese national team in the Champo and he’s fine. Exposed when he had to actually coach. Can’t stand the man nor the little circle hugs him and his team did whenever they fluked a goal. Luton or Forest going down would be win-win. Burnley surviving over them both would be glorious.

Sort of miss the days on here when Everton were the ones everyone wanted to see relegated

    Irrelevance isn't fun

    It’s just awful.

You only have to google the man’s name to see the litany of mistakes he’s made since his debut season.

Time after time. **** up after **** up.

And in that weird British way, we seem to reward incompetence by promoting upwards.

No doubt Howard Webb will put a positive spin on his latest mistakes when put under no pressure at all by Michael Owen on that awful anodyne programme on Sky Sports.

Under Webb’s stewardship, the refs have become even worse than ever this season.

The PL could yet be decided by a high-profile mistake (think Liverpool’s disallowed goal and defeat at Spurs).

    Totally incompetent and shameful.

Good job we probably don’t have to worry about that in the near future !

Yes, unless he gets temporarily demoted to the Championship as does often happen following PL blunders!

Chelsea look very much like a mid table team playing a top side .

I really hope Arsenal win the title.

They’ve been the best side, bar a dodgy mini run back in December.

    They were magnificent last night.

Football how it should be played.

I kind of hope Man City win it time and time and time again. It might be the only thing that get something changed about the way football is run. If Arsenal/Liverpool/Chelsea win a title once every five or six years the myth will continue that it’s a fantastic league and nothing needs changing.

To win it they would need to beat spurs and man U and hope MC drop points - I just don't see it happening.

I see a former Liverpool and England player, who may also have played for us but he seems to forget/ignore this fact, has today been banned from acting as a company director over unpaid taxes. (The company’s, not his personal ones)

Forest demanding to know where VAR was on Sunday to deny Everton as we speak.

Everton winning, if they hang on they are almost safe (pending potential further points deductions!)

Another Atwell disgraceful decision on the red for Kerke. He must have incriminating photos of FA higher-ups. No other excuse now.

And he disallowed a Wolves goal rather harshly apparently.

Klopps end of season fairytale turning into a bit of a nightmare.

Is Stewart Attwell the worst referee ever!!!

I do not know how he has remained an elite level referee with all the appalling decisions he has made over the years

They could do it at Brighton tonight then it would be in Arsenal's hands unless Man City draw and then really hammer their remaining opponents.

I really hope Brighton get something, anyway.

They could but very unlikely. BHA have nothing to play for.

Yes it’s do or die tonight for the seagulls !
No, not really. Not in the way that a team fighting for survival or Europe would be motivated.

I think BHA are just too highly motivated and trying to hard. They need to try to look at it as just another game ;)

Arsenal are really going to rue that loss at home to Villa. They can win their final games and City will still win it by two or three points on their current form. Are City going to drop points though? This close to the end, I just cannot see it.

  30. Keighley

    Keighley First Team

Perhaps they need Nigel Pearson to motivate them?

Yes, but Brighton can be a strong side on their day (though they've been in poor form lately) - not the force they were last season (realistically they won't ever be) and they may not even make top half, but before this game they'd only lost twice at the Amex. Not looking likely to remain that way though!

I just thought that Man City have dropped points before and they can do it again, but it seems they always put together a barnstorming run at the end of the season when it matters - perhaps that's what people mean when they say it's a marathon and not a sprint. I wonder how they manage to do it, do they just conserve energy for the run-in, is it good conditioning? Say what you like about City and maybe Pep is an overrated manager, but he has to take much of the credit for this.

Brighton have had an on the beach feel to them for a while and obviously Man City have been ruthless.

Mind you Pedro had a good shout for a penalty.

Fingers crossed we could lose an unwanted PL record we hold today, namely the highest ever losing aggregate. 0-12 v Man City.

It’s the return match of Newcastle v Sheff Utd, the first game of which was 8-0 to the Geordies.

So a 5 goal win for the home side today and Yayy we shed that unwanted honour.
