o'tooles loan to sheff utd

does anyone think we'll gain anything from this?
unless that is we want to sell him.
PERSONALLY i think he's one of the most influential younger players we have in the squad and to let him go to a rival team dont quite fit the bill.
if he does well and they go up they'll probably buy him and we'll sell him,but we could do with him playing at the vic to make doubly sure we have the best players available to keep us up for sure.
ok we have jack cork but he's only on loan and lets get it right john joe scores alot of goals for his age and position at this level.
i'm scratching my head at this one.

 

Sheff Utd are not rivals.

He is not in Rodgers plans because he is not good on the ball & he is slow. Apart from scoring goals he offers very little else. I dont think he could ever dominate the midfield he's a bit of a headless chicken at times. He could do well at Sheff Utd as they play long ball to Henderson, so JJ can scrap for the 2nd balls.

He hasnt featured since Boothroyd anyways. We have better midfielders than him.
