Anyone having trouble using the online ticket website? I have tried to log in but it says the account is blocked, for no good reason!
I had issue with it last week when it simply wouldn't take my payment. It said there had been a problem with my booking and suggested I checked I had filled everything in, which I had, but it just wouldn't take it. I spoke to the ticket office but they were at a loss as to why it wouldn't go through, and I used the same card to make a more expensive purchase later that day from somewhere else and it worked fine. I paid for the Spurs ticket on another card in the end and it went through fine but the online thing does seem a bit temperamental at times.
