wats up, my names Mark and im an avid watford from ireland. began supporting them bcoz of my cousins who live near borehamwood (i think). last season i went to the 3v2 defeat to crystal palace + 4v0 home win against coventry. also flew over from dublin by myself(im only 16) to go to da playoff final v scummy leeds. my mates give me stick coz they support united,arse and liverpool. used to support utd myself but stopped a year and a half ago coz watford have better fans and more passion. anyway, thanks and i'll speak to ya soon! Welcome, the vast majority of WFC fans are or once were local, that's where the passion comes from. It's a lot easier to simply support the big teams if you are not but congratulations on a superb decision. This forum is brand spanking new but seems to be the best out there at the moment, given time I'm sure it will attract more intelligent fellows like yourself. ;D

Nice to see you... and i echo the words by another post... great decision to choose a club other then manure, which seems to be the norm for people outside england when they choose an english team, unless of course they are russian, then its chelsea!!!
But we get the irish jetset.. they can fly into stansted and/or luton and get to the ground in 30 minutes!!! lol
