QPR striker Kevin Gallen interests Watford and MK Dons.(The People)

When he played against us he inpressed me so could be a good signing(if we get him)

The fact that mk dons are the only other team interested in him sums it up, would pick marlon hendo kabba and priskin over him in the championship so i hope this is just paper talk

Obvioulsy a reporter at the People follows the scum and thats his way of having a pop. While we're at it surely we should go for Mickey Quinn?

I also thought that Kevin Gallen signing for us would be farcical. Let us hope that this is just a bored journalist, rather than someone who has had a look at Aidy's lists! ;D

I thought he was actually at Plymouth...is that just a loan move?

As far as Im aware its just a loan move,as while at QPR he was dropped for the cup game and from that day moved to plymouth.Im sure this was said in his interview.

  13. berkshirehorn

    berkshirehorn presumably I upset/disappointed someone

would be typical of Aidy's eccentricity in the transfer market if we signed him. he must about 33? rather mature for a striker.

Gallen is infact 33, 34 when next season starts and is on a loan move to plymuff

I'll happily donate my perfectly formed body to the Watford cause if it ensures fat old men like Kevin Gallen never wear our shirt.

Daily Mail reporting we have Gallen on trial, apparently :(

Deary me, sign players like that and we can throw the promotion towel in right now.

I want to think that the (potential) signing is because Gallen knows the Championship and would help to develop some of the younger players...but i have to agree with what ya say. :(

Why we'd go after a player released by a lower championship team does confuse me...maybe Aidy will sign Furlong as well?! ;)

  22. Moose

    Moose First Team Captain

Can't agree. He is a class player and class is permanent. He could be a great player for changing the outcome of tight games.

I'd be upset if he was our only striker signing - we need a top class talent like Earnshaw, but Gallen is adaptable and useful.

As you said Moose, we need a top class talent, but thats it. We don't need anymore competition/cover. Hendo, Hoskins, Priskin and then possibly Kabba and Moses and even Bouazza can do that bit.

i seriously hope we dont sign him, it would be signing away any prem ambition we have, he is a sh!t championship striker and i don't want him at watford

gallen has been very good this season for plymouth ,he was the best player on the pitch against us when plymouth played watford he is very intelligent ans skillfull player ,and i would be very glad to have him

people thought marlon would be **** at the beginning when we signed him --not so now

gallen is a good championship striker , so if he signs get off his back

Err well Marlon wasn't 173 years old when we signed him
