Forum users who have changed their Forum name?

I get confused as to who is who.

 

I don't think so and unless the mod/admin who did it remembers it's not something that can be produced.

If it helps very very people have changed their usernames. Ignoring trolls of course, there a re a few .users who left and re-registered but I'd estimate that in total you're looking at 20 or less

 

I went from Cheeky_little_rascal, to Cheeky and now El d.

 

I've gone from PowerJugs to PowerJugs.

 

I was 20/20 Vision, which was a good name, and am now Unhappy bunny, which is sometimes a good name and sometimes a horribly inappropriate one, depending on the result of the last match and the form of our latest signing from Italy.

Serious question.. Moog aside.. What is the general opinion, from an admin point of view, of holding more than one user account?

 

Forum rules forbid it and the forums software always picks them up.

Unofficially if it's a worthwhile contribution, not abusive etc then we'll let it slide, Anything that drives forum traffic is good as it's more advert clicks to fund software server & prizes as well as SM#16s coke habit.

If people use them for abuse or to circumvent bans etc. then it could lead to bans/ suspensions etc.

Why do you ask? Are you tiring of your troll Simms and want to try something else?

I have wondered in the past if people have used seperate accounts to 'big themselves up' You know agreeing with their own posts or liking them etc.
I had also thought that some had been allowed because of the humour value but not anything too abusive... which you have confirmed

 

What's surprising is that some of the users who who would think were trolls are in-fact genuine and the odd user seems to argue with his own troll which is slightly bizarre.

Haha I am astounded that there are people on here with multiple accounts.

If i had to guess though, I say that moog/sharia4watford is one, and JB/Layton is another.

Back on subject, I'm convinced there's a connection between Moor Park Hornet, Muslim Hornet and Moog.
