Who would have guessed that our midfield would be looking so thin. Sema on and only Chalobah on the bench.
Thank god Deulofeu is back. Sounds like Pereyra is close so hopefully this is the only game we have to see calamity Ken play.
Four defenders on the bench seems a little extreme. Worth switching one of them for a youngster, eg Cassidy. Anyhow, Javi knows best, big game and I hope the team are more up for it than this Forum.
In fairness, if I had to pick an opponent for Ken to make a cameo against, I'd take Huddersfield. He did ok away to Bournemouth too.
Well yes, the worst team in the league is the closest we are going to find to his level! He did do OK at Bournemouth, but I'm yet to see anything like a Premier League footballer in him overall.
Certainly made a few runs on Monday through the middle.. Guess we have to give Sema game time . Any great reason to replace Kabasele?
He needs some game time if we're going to build our FA Cup Final team and tactical approach around him.
With injuries to our midfield the bench is such that we could sub on any of Janmaat, Britos or Kabasele and move any of Masina or Kiko forward and then of course Chalobah so some of the subs are there for double options so to speak. Up front only Success as an option. Looks better than I thought it might though; we have enough in defence and midfield to see them out and the pace up front to kill them off.
Deolefeou, Sema and Gray are more than enough for this **** Hudders team. Not that I'm taking them lightly or anything.
