   IIB wanted to buy the club from Bates, but he wouldn't sell to them for some unknown reason, so IIB have basically used another company to buy the club, who will eventually relinquish or sell their share to IIB over time, and get a bit of profit out of it.
   
   In short, Ken Bates is a moron.
