The Premier League have charged West Ham with breaching rules over the signings of Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano last August. The Argentine pair joined The Hammers on transfer deadline day last year, a double deal that was hailed as a major coup at the time. However, it has been speculated that West Ham do not actually own the players' registrations, a move that is in breach of league regulations. The pair are alleged to be part-owned by a third party, Media Sports Investment (MSI), thus breaking rules which forbids the ownership of players by a third party. looks like they are getting themselves into alot of troubles!!!!. only good for us. wasnt there something else they might be getting points deducted for
Well, they're going down anyway - at least it'll make sure they finish bottom! Apparently the clueless chairman is set to bring in Graeme Souness to steady the ship...!!!! Long live the arrogant Hammers in the Chamionship I say...They're certainly not wanted up here in the PL. As for Liverpool, be nice to see them deducted several points too.
Everton played Fernandes against us, and got the first goal…maybe the score can be reversed (his loan move to Portsmouth was also being investigated at one point). It’s clear that Pardew wanted neither of the players, and something dodgy was obvious from the start imo, who honestly expected two of the most sought after players over the summer, to end up at West Ham?
He did, but the PL already rubbed stamped that as a ok. This is West Ham only in trouble at the moment.
he hasnt played any games yet has he , if not then there is no breach i guess. Would be good to see wet spam get hit with a points deduction , if only cause they thought they could spend there way into europe this year. They rekon they will get a similar punishment to AFC wimbledon and will lose all the points gained in games they took part in . Only 5 points , unlike poor old AFc who lost 18 points.
It really won't help us...they are doomed anyway and I heard its about 5 points West Ham gained with the 2 Argies in the side. Mascherano made his debut for Liverpool last week.
