i know we don't play the very best football here in germany, but it's so close in the bundesliga:

    5 Leverkusen 42

I went on holiday to Berlin in 1998 and have followed them ever since. I've got a Hertha shirt with Rehmer 33 on the back tucked away somewhere.

Now I wish the prem was that exciting! Though I bet Bayern still come back and win it!

Are Energie Cottbus the small team from the East with a little stadium? They could qualify for Europe but could also easily go down!

Dortmund going down would be like Liverpool being relegeted as well

  8. wurzel_sepp

    wurzel_sepp Reservist

yes, cottbus is the little east club

and dortmund has to play against schalke on day 33. schalke could become 'meister' and dortmund could go down

u must know that dortmund and schalke are arch-fiends

I'm off to Berlin this Summer, (June I think?)

Well at least Hertha are edging away from the trap door. Have they appointed a new manager yet? I know they just recently sacked the last bloke.

they only play in the 2.bundesliga, they can't go up this year, perhaps next year with their famous manager christoph daum

lol yeah i meant the bundesliga 2... i was confused, i saw they got relegated last season (they were bottom wernt they?) but for some reason forgot

  20. wurzel_sepp

    wurzel_sepp Reservist

i don't know if they finished bottom.

but cologne is the biggest club in the 2nd league with the most money and the biggest stadium (about 50000 seats). nevertheless only a place in the midfield of the table

Koln - great city - good night life - joint smoking bars - bratwursts every where, great corn on the cob (hot) outside the main station for €2 ( was when i was last there) some decent beer, a decent lake to go and relax by and wacth the totti strut there stuff.

Koln 9/10 on the vistscale. Highly rcommended.
