Fulham have told forward Collins John he will be frozen out at Craven Cottage if he does not join Watford. (The Times) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think young Collins incurred CC's wrath over his agent passing on the message that he wanted a move. I should imagine he's been feeling a cold blast up the Urals ever since........ *** Edited 10/01/2007 17:38:32 by Motown*** I am not a 'yes' man - if Mrs M says no, I agree..... 10/01/2007 22:40:52 Corked Hat location: Brisbane | Posts: 369 Join Watford? To paraphrase Spike Milligan, I didn't know that they had come apart What we do for ourselves dies with us - what we do for others lives on 10/01/2007 22:52:48 Motown location: Somewhere between beach and bar | Posts: 532 There's been a bit of interest elsewhere (allegedly) but I think the level of interest may have come as a sobering experience. He's out of FFC by the look of things, particularly given CC's track record with those that don't toe (tow) the line. Speaking of sobering experiences, I had one of those once - it's what caused me to start drinking........ The guy is still young and there is a lot of pressure on him to leave when he has done reasonably well considering how little he gets to play competitive football. CC shouldnt have given him a contract for this long paying him whatever. It works both ways. 10/01/2007 23:17:25 fulhamfootiechick location: northolt | Posts: 730 If this is true what a shame.......everyone knows im not the biggest fan of CJ threw the laziness of him, and if he cant take a kick up the arse to sort it out COOKIE is doing the right thing I just dont understand how a player could miss such a hint........A waste of talent and he just aint getting it.........time to go blonde CJ..........the next Saha (if he sorted his attitude and laziness out) in the making and its gonna be wasted for that he dont even deserve to go to Watford.....they have enough problems Accrington Stanley........who are they........exactly we love jimmy bullard we love jimmy bullard a la la la 10/01/2007 23:24:00 Corked Hat location: Brisbane | Posts: 369 Unfortunately Fulham froze Leggy out in a similar fashion. I shall never know what poor old Leggy ever did to warrant that, and I for one still wish he was with us What we do for ourselves dies with us - what we do for others lives on 10/01/2007 23:49:51 Motown location: Somewhere between beach and bar | Posts: 532 If scuttlebutt has it correctly, John told Coleman he wanted a move. CC said the first he'd heard of it was via John's agent. Worlds of difference between the freeze treatment he's now receiving and that which Leggy got. Leggy didn't ask for a move - he wanted to play football for this club. I am not a 'yes' man - if Mrs M says no, I agree.....
