i was wycombe too,
the home grown player thing is a good rule, but i think if you have recently changed managers, you should have the number of home grown players you have to field reduced a bit until the nest tranfer window or 6 months, otherwise you could come to the lub and may be forced to play an old mangers team or one you dont want
