Apart from Bouazza missing, I think we pretty much saw next years first eleven start the match with Newcastle yesterday... and I thought we looked alright!! If Smith and a couple of the others had had their shooting boots on we could have had won by quite a margin...as we did create a lot of chances, playing good football... It was nice to bring on Chamberlain and Henderson so we could show our appreciation for their services one last time... nice touch! Bring on the Championship.... let's have it!
Well, I don't think Rinaldi is a right midfielder. He is a central midfielder, and I would like to see him play there instead of left/right side. I also think, contraversially, that having seen Hoskins out there today I would have preferred Priskin out there. I know that Hoskins hasn't had a lot of time to prove himself but I am not saying we should get rid. I just think that if we are going to start playing a passing game (and about time too) then at least put Priskin out there who looks more comfortable getting the ball to his feet than Hoskins.
