I saw Dead or Alive (DOA) on Saturday.

Holly Valance and Jaime Pressley (Joy from My Name is Earl) jumping around in bikinis for an hour and a half was very pleasing on the eye.:]]:]]

 

most of the film was english with spanish subtitles except for some parts which were in french and had spanish subtitles still.

good, but the stupidest, silliest film i have ever seen

 

project x is on channel 4 now too. i wonder if it as good (and depressing) as i remember it to be.

 

just been to see eastern promises. not as good as a history of violence but is similar in that it doesn't feel like a cronenberg film. still good though.

I watched Thunderbirds this afternoon. No footy so I was bored. Unfortunately I fell asleep halfway through and missed most of the plot, assuming there was one?

Watched SAW 4 last night! After it had recieved bad reviews I was very sceptical, but in fairness it was quite good!

Very graphic!

I saw good luck Chuck (F**K) on Friday, load of bollox. Don't see it, i nearly fell asleep.

After this dissappointment me and a few others came out and sneaked into another screening to see Saw4 - Agree with what Bubble said.

Just saw Vacancy. Short and pretty good IMO.

either they'ew scare you - thats not that fun
or they dont - then its just boring

The prestige - watching it in cinema and didnt really understand, second time i watched it ive realised its a very good and clever film. :]]

 

how can you not understand the prestige?! they even have a ten minute sequence at the end recapping the story to make it all the more blatant

The Prestige is a good film, and I agree with Fan - How can you not understand it when they explain it?

 

Saving Private Ryan's intro is so scary, you had a 1 in three chance even to get out of the boat.

 

well when i first saw it in the cinema i was with a bunch of friends so we werent really paying too much attention.

Fred Claus - Cheeky little christmas movie, pretty poor but sometimes one has to watch these films to keep a relationship sweet. The only bonus was a sweet little blonde who played one of Santa's helpers.

 

i watched pans labrynth again and it remains good. but right now i am watching 'sidehackers' and its just poor. one of the worst b-movies i have ever seen. ever.

 

The Simpsons Movie - very funny, much better than I expected.

 

I saw I Am Legend today at the cinema.


It is overhyped and one of those films that you would waste two hours of your life and never get that time back again if you watched it. But that is my opinion. I was hoping for something like 28 days later etc. Very disapointed, especially when you can predict the end by 20 minutes into the film.

 

Interesting to hear you say that about I Am Legend. A friend of mine went last night and he told me he thought it was pretty good. Anyway, guess I'll just have to go and see it myself!
