Hi all I received a fan card a few weeks ago, then purchased a ticket for todays game and 2 tickets for Wolves on the 2nd. I received 1 ticket for Wolves, and was told on the phone that the new card would be activated after the Charlton game. So I have no ticket for todays game, and am unsure if the Card will work at the turnstiles. I've phoned the ticket office, and after giving me all the opening times, the message says goodbye and cuts out. Anyone else have a FAN CARD, or do you have a paper ticket for todays game?
If you purchased the tickets online then print out a copy of the confirmation sent to you via email, that way if your fan card doesn't work then a least you got proof that you have purchased a ticket for today's game.
