buy an envelope, put an image into enevlope ( possibly a photo), put an address on it, buy a first class stamp or 2nd class stamp, take letter to red letter box, put through gap and hey presto = image posted. u ornsssssssssssssssssssssss
When you create a message you should get a few icons above the messagebox. One of those is this, , click on this and just put in the url of your image, (the image has to be hosted somewhere like www.tinyoic.com). Alternatively if the file is small enough there's a button below the meassagebox that says "manage attachments". Click on this and you can upload them direct to the site.
