I think our midfield should be Mahon or Bang-Bang and Cavalli. Boozer should be up front on the left with Smith on the right; The only way to beat a packed midfield is to avoid it altogether - otherwise you end up in a midfield slog and the game is won by whoever gets a lucky break... and you know that ain't gonna be us. Go 4-2-4 and show them what hoofing the ball is all about !
That's twice the size of our midfield, Carvalli = 50% height - Mahon/Francis = 50% effectiveness, Smudger = 100% (Based on effort)
If they use a 5 man midfield we will need to have pace on the wings, it'll be hard to break them down so if we can use width and get good crosses in, we may just nick a goal.
