for me its got to be collingwood, great fielder,batsman and can bowl abit. model professional!

Depends if you mean test or ODI's, but i would say peteirson(sp?) worldclass and world number one with an average of above fifty, has also taken some great catches and can bowl a little bit!

yeah its official isnt it... Pieterson is the world number one batter in the ODI

 

he is a superb batsman to watch imo, can strike the ball with extreme power!

 

Pieterson also plays well so if collingwood or flintoff can keep up with him in matches like they have in the past then i was say are key play is one of those 2

 

ive gotta say pietersen as long as he can return to form as hes doing well at the moment but not pietersen standard if you know wat i mean

never really watched cricket untill the ashes, used to play for my primary school tho

 

In the one day arena, collingwood is so importnat due to his ability to bat, bowl a bit and field extremely well. Pieterson is the best one day international batter but I don't think he has scored a century since he got 3 in a row in his first innings. Still a phenominal talent and our main test player.

Nixon is definitely growing on me. Not the most skilful player, but never gives up the cause and always does his best. Just the sort of player that we need.
