I saw him in K2 in Hemel on Saturday. Said hi and told him to have a good season, he said thanks mate. Can't imagine why he would want to leave though?

The only was I could see this happening is if we are bring in someone of real quality, and instead of letting Doucoure's value drop on the bench, the club are loaning him out to get matches.

Would be gutted to see him go though, personally.

 

Lemina?

 

I guess, but is Lemina really that much of an upgrade to spend a large amount on and ship out a promising player in the process? I can't say I've seem him play enough to have an informed opinion. No doubt there will be plenty of twists and turns by the end of the window though.

 

There seems to be a lot more threads mentioning us that haven't been picked up by local press. Mainly because it's in french/italian/spanish/turkish.

Would be hugely dissappointed with this. I'd consider this our biggest loss in a long time and a huge step backwards for this transfer window.

Can't see Toulouse being able to afford the price-tag I'd put on his head. Hopefully the club rate him as much as I do. Also can't see why we'd let our best player leave on a loan? I'd be very surprised if Doucoure isn't the first name on our team sheet come start of the season

 

I think this story hangs on Lemina. Even if this happened, I think he would go to Udinese on loan. I can't see us outright getting get of him. Can't him leaving full stop really. But if push came to shove and he wants more football than we can promise him then he'd go to udinese. Unless he demands a move to france.

 

I think Lemina would be a very good player for us, but If signing him causes Doucoure to leave I'm completely against it. Wouldn't mind if he signs and we sell Capoue though!

 

I've said a couple of times, this would ideal. I can see Capoue losing his place this season big time and losing value. He's still riding those 7 goals! Sell sell sell!

 

I think Capoue is class on his day, but he's a passenger far too often. Even some of the games he scored he was anonymous other than the goal.

Completely agree with you! Think this is the highest his value will ever be and it's the perfect time to cash in

 

Can't see him going unless we buy Lemina though. Currently Galatasary are blowing up on social media like they've signed up.

 

If we don't sign him and sell Capoue this season, hopefully he goes to Galatasary to improve for the next 2 years, then we sign him as a better player when we're a top 10 club.

Long shot but I'm aiming to be optimistic.

 

Be a massive shame if he leaves, undoubtedly one of the plus points of last season (no thanks to Walter). Probably doesn't make much difference - but he was in most of the promotional photoshoots for the new kits so hopefully that means the club have no intention of selling him yet.

If a man like Walter Mazzarri didn't play him until our only midfield options were Harry The Hornet or an U9's goalkeeper, how good can he really be?

Speaking of, he is also featured in the promotional shots for the new Everton away kit. I can't imagine the same player is in kit promos for two different clubs during the same season very often, wonder if he's the first.

Is Doucoure really that good? If he is then how come he's not wanted by a decent team? To be honest that article is probably ******** but if he's sold for someone like Lemina or Allan then it's cracking business!

 

I'd say it's almost completely ********. They might be interested, but I don't see him leaving or there being any truth to there being any chance of a deal.
