found out a couple of weeks ago he was one/two losses away from getting the sack. Inside information says he has lost the dressing room and whereas for the last 2 years the players have been willing to die for him they no longer are.
Wow i didnt see that one coming..... How and why would they sack him after he has done extremely well for them? And do they think they can find someone better to replace him....
Absolutely shocking decision. Can't understand it at all. Now, why would managers want to get promoted if it automatically means that your job will become under threat? Of course Peterborough are struggling this season, L2 in Championship in 2 years is a f**king monumental ask. I'm not a Posh fan, but even I'm seething at this decision. Ridiculous.

seems most of the fans seem to think it was for the best on 606 their the ones who watch it week in week out, decision probably looks like Boothroyds sacking did from outside the club

ferguson must of had a problem with the backroom staff or policies at the club, because from what we can see, his team might be bottom, but he had a good squad, crowds werent to bad for the size of there club and obviously 2 consecutive promotions. on another note, how many other managers have been sacked in there 3rd season after getting there club promoted twice?
There has been a couple of reason's why he has been dismissed that came out yesterday,and are doing the rounds here. alleged to be having an affair with Aaron Mcleans missus,(woman in Jungle) and apparently is pregnant.. and also alledged to have been sleeping with McAnthony's missus as well..
