I'd to take this opportunity to congratulate Gerard 'papi chulo' Deulofeu for winning the Watford FC reggaeton championship. He beat off weak flimsy and impotent competition from Maxi '1 good game in 10' Pereyra and Nacho 'what am I doing here?' Pussyman. Congratulations Papi Chulo!!

The big news is that Gerard is back in the UK and has started running again (his twitter showed him on an anti-gravity treadmill 5 days ago).

So the video above of him, Pereyra and Pussetto was filmed in Spain?...

If so, then why are Pereyra and Pussetto in Spain?!

 

I have no idea how to link Instagram. But they played videos on ‘stories’ today of an intra-squad friendly at Vicarage Road between the players (finished 1-1)

And interspersed it with clips of Deulofeu working out in a gym and the videos were tagged with a location saying ‘Meanwhile in Spain...’

 

1 month for a normal team, 10 months for a Watford player

 

But how does that work with Pereyra and Pussetto being with him in that Reggaeton Quiz video above? Unless that video is already 3+ months old despite it only just being posted?

 

I literally can't tell you, I don't know. I'm only reporting what the club have put out today saying he's in Spain. I suspect the video from today is actually of the last couple of days or today at least - as he's doing some fairly robust gym work considering his injury.
