Claus will start training tomorrow with the team closest to his heart - yes, Claus is back at Lyngby BK - the club from where he went to Bolton in 1998. When Claus last played in Lyngby he still had a little hair left. That's a thing of the past. Claus has NOT signed any contract with Lyngby but is just training with the team to keep fit. Everyone connected to the club are obviously creaming their pants thinking about Claus in the royal blue shirt again but CJ still has some thinking to do before making any decisions on the future. I would absolutely LOVE having Claus on Lyngby's team for the season to come. That would make as much difference for Lyngby as not having King all of last season did for Watford. But I feel he still has so much to offer in a bigger league and really can't see him joining us. Good of him to spend a few days with the team - giving them a few pointers maybe. Aidy - grab the phone and dial (+45) 45 88 40 60 and ask for Claus - then when he answers - make him an offer he can't refuse. Watford is the only other destination I will accept for Claus - and I think he's the man who can be the catalyst of change from hoof to passing football. Get in gear Aidy.
Didn't he leave Fulham because they were playing long ball stuff which wasn't suited to his style though......so hardly want to join us.
claus f*cking Jensen Now thats a quality signing who would be the man to provide all the ammo king would ever need, good dead ball specialist as well!
Today, Danish great Michael Laudrup was named manager of Getafe in La Liga. I could easily imagine he'd bring in Claus as he knows him from the national side.
