A friend of mine is doing a 1,050 mile bike ride over 10 days in just over a week in order to raise money for Headly Court and Help for Heroes. Headly Court is a rehabilitation centre for injured servicemen and Help for Heroes I'm sure you've heard of. Sorry if this isn't the appropriate section and please move it if that is the case. I'm not one to mooch but she's really struggling to raise funds with not a lot of time left.
