Cameron upping 40% tax rate band from 41k to 50k

    Tesco's lost hundreds of millions in the US and it looks to be a similar story in Asia but I'd wager they still turn a profit in England and similarly this abc report means little. It's Amazon's mail order system profits that have allowed them to expand so rapidly ... too rapidly it would seem but it doesn't mean all their enterprises are loss makers. You'll have do more to convince me that 20p per hour did all that!

    And P.S. my old boss didn't lie, he was pretty famous for his 10k bets.

    Your post said that they make a profit. Ok, show me the profit they make in England, and I'll consider your post.

    Oooh you are being picky ... You show me a worldwide net loss and I'll consider yours - and remember to include acquisitions and development or I won't believe you.

    No I am not being picky. You brought up Amazons profits as a significant part of your post. But they didn't make a profit, as far as we know, which makes your point somewhat, redundant!

    If you want to re- phrase your post in terms of operating costs, rather than profit, I'll consider it.
