Start with Easyjet and see where they fly that's hot and cheap. Two years ago a group of us went to Malaga and had a great time for little outlay.
Becuase you've heard my money strories before Can't really afford to re-new it at this stage of the season, might re-new it if i go on holiday this year though
went to prague in december for 4 nights fo £100 including flights, thomsonfly and flybe go from luton, soton etc and do flights for 1p. Definately a top destination for a lads weekend!
Prague is a really cool place, very pretty and very cheap. I went there for three days over new years eve about three or four years ago and it was amazing. We kept away from the tourist traps that you get in all places and we got really good food and drink for really low prices (about 60p a beer) Got back from Barcelona yesterday and although theres loads of things to do/see its not much cheaper than here. Food is slightly cheaper but booze isn't so if your looking for a cheap one you'll prob wanna give Barca a miss. My other suggestion would be Valencia, been there twice and its a really nice place, Although its the third largest city in Spain it doesn't seem like it as its not really been hit hard by the tourist industry like Barca and Madrid and so hasn't got the inflated prices like them two. One last suggestion is to have a look on Travelzoo.co.uk Sign up for their email service and they send out their top ten deals every Wednesday, theres some really good bargains on there.
Prague is indeed a great weekend away. With regard to Poland, I'm doing a stag in Gdansk this summer which is apparently better and on the coast. T'is cheap as chips for beer and loose women as well. arty2:
Don't knock it. I had my stag weekend over there and even now, 12 years and many other stag do's later it is still up there in the top 3 chaps weekends away. Nice thatch BTW.

Bournemouth was good. Seems to be an equal number of stag & hen dos. Did a fancy dress pub crawl in Reading town centre that was good. Le Mans last year (for the race) was probably the best stag do I've been on even if it was a year after the wedding
Going to Gdansk as well for a stag in the summer, meant to be very good, old fashioned city with great night life and top women. Prague is great if you miss the tacky tourist traps and find the proper local places that sell very strong bear for under a quid. I won 350 quid in a Casino there a lived like a king for 3 days I would also reccomend Copenhagen, super night life but expect to pay a fair bit of money over there. Don't do the Latvia trips as too many pi**ed up brits have been there and the locals have got wise to it, any attractive woman there will be 'working' and could cause you a fair bit of problems in the morning! (so i have heard anyway )
Came back from Amsterdam the weekend before last. Plenty of beer, drugs and prostitution. What more do you want from a weekend away?
