Didn't Sarr hobble off against Burnley? If it's a legit concern then I can understand. I hope Asprilla really uses this game to show Edwards he is a contender for a starter.

I didn’t even read the details the headline figure was £140. If it’s just £10 a game for the rest of us domestic guys that’s even worse.

Reckon so. Joao moving up front and Asprilla linking with midfield

Blimey. That line up is a bit more exciting than I was expecting. Got to be Sema at LWB but the rest is up for grabs…

Been informed by a reliable source that after all the other players exited the coach at Birmingham, Sarr karate chopped Big Baz on his bald noggin and then followed up with a fly kick, launching the 23 stone megatron out of the Watford party bus.

Sarr is now steaming down to Yorkshire pedal to the metal.

Duxbury reportedly not concerned as he isn’t one of Mogi’s clients anyways.

Sarr is a talentless mercenary! We need players who will play for the badge like Asprilla!

I just noticed Okoye is on the bench. Glad to see he's alive and well. Seemed to of been absent since the season began.

I know there’s an obvious predilection to jump to ‘oh Sarr must be leaving’ etc.

And of course it could be true (I don’t think it is). But in an unusual season such as this one, the midweek games coming so quickly and players still unlikely to be fully up to speed, it really is no surprise to see any player sit out with a minor niggle. No way would the club risk Sarr with caveats that comes with.

Really hoped they’d throw Davis in. Perhaps Edwards doesn’t like and didn’t want him :)

Minor point right now - but I’m excited to see that Edwards has put Asprilla in for Cleverley, rather than Gosling. Brave move and shows front-foot intent.

Yes. Lots of cynicalism on here and Twitter tonight, but for once I think the club are telling the truth here. Think he went off last Friday because of the hamstring issue rather than it being a tactical change.

Birmingham have two 18 year olds playing in midfield. That's brave.

Relatively easy choice as Brum have children playing in their midfield as well

It's even worse value than it looks because any match that is covered by any other service isn't available on Hive Live.

I bought the season subscription last time we were in the Champ, but I ended up being unable to watch something in the range of 40% of games, which is ludicrous.

    Not bothering this time around.

It doesn’t seem that bad to me. Worth noting there are a lot of rules that stop games being being shown on hive live, more than there was when we were here with covid rules.

on sky - no hive, it also can’t be 3pm on Sat. I don’t think there will be 14 away games on hive live this season.

I'm wired via HDMI - but seemed to be a stream share icon thing on the bottom right where you maximise it?

Good half and yet losing. Sierralta had a poor half. Asprilla looks like he could be some player. Bayo started ok, then missed a good chance then went missing a bit.

Pedro. Oh Pedro. I defo don’t want him to leave!

Dominating it really, Asprilla looks comfortable and is doing ok I think. Brum are just sitting back and trying to hit us on the break. Deeney looks about 5 years younger than the last time I saw him.

Asprilla is positive every time he gets the ball.

Gonna be a big player for us this season I believe/hope
