Badu on his way to WFC?

Now that Udinese have been eliminated from the qualifying rounds of the cup they may have a surplus of players still on their books.

Badu did not play on Thursday and has always stated that he would like to play in England.

Defensive midfielder for WFC?

Keeps him in the family and helps himself and WFC with playing time.

 

Think he's too important for Udinese. He may not have started the Europa league game on Thursday but started for Udinese against Lazio on the first day of the season.

I think if Badu was going to come to WFC, he'd be here already.

Why?

Udinese were only knocked out of the cup on Thursday.

The Pozzos will provide as much support for WFC to get to Prem and if he can be used by us then that's were he will go.
Likely loan.

 

Why? Because the players we do need to bring in now are homegrown to cover our own backs. Also, if Badu was to come in now it'd have to be a rush job over the weekend before the transfer deadline as it will be an international loan which can only occur in windows. Highly doubt this one will be happening.

 

Udinese do need to remain competitive in Serie A. They'll have the league and two cups to compete in too.

We've already been given massive support from Udinese.

However I did read earlier in the week that there was loan interest from germany in Merkel.

It seems that he needs 1st team football to continue development.

Doesn't fit the model, muscle imbalance, wages ect.

We should be going for someone a bit more tinpot... Nick Clegg for instance.

 

Zolas had time to see where we need strengthenin in the squad and has stated we can expect to see 1 or 2 midfielders come in so will not be surprised to see a loan from Udinese or Granada. However i cant see Badu or Merkel coming because as stated earlier in the thread they are very good players and their transfer would have been sorted early like the other arrivals. I think we will be active in the domestic loan market for the likes of Carroll and Chalobah instead.

 

I can't imagine there's much she can fit. Now when you say "muscle imbalance"...

 

She hurts her back too often I heard, come with too much baggage aswell.

 

I'd give her ein.

 

I wouldnt rule out 1-2 more from udinesse now they are out of europe
