I assume Britos as the club have been saying they want to recruit a left footed CB which has been Britos role.

 

This would be a great transfer.

Has track record and proven quality. Apparently a decent chap too! Would be presumptuous to say he would guarantee start but a pairing next to Prodl would be interesting.

Would have to see it as Britos off to Sparta Prague. No problem there.

Britos probably the one to go, excellent last ditch style defending on his day but just turned 32 and more stupid challenges due to lack of pace creeping into his game. By next season he'll be a write off.

Glad to get Behrami and Britos out, good servants but feels like we're getting the 32/33 year old journeymen out and finally starting to replace them with young blood who carry a higher upward potential.

The previous signings got us up / kept us up. Now the likes of Hughes and Chalobah will hopefully improve us (and themselves) whilst being here and be sold in 2/3 years for large profit. Welcome to the infamous "Pozzo Model"

Never quite understand the downer on Kaboul. Mazzari switching between a 3 and a 4 at the back did him or the defence any favours. Has a tendency to think he is a better ball player than he actually is but I would still prefer him to Kabasele as back up. Think Britos legs are starting to go but will miss his wonderful beard. I always worry about the team's beard count particularly as Amrabat likely to be off as well. COYHS

Surprised that bigger sides aren't in for a player of his quality tbh.

 

Promotional videos can be misleading, but he certainly seems to be an excellent tackler. However, we learnt nothing about his positional sense or his alleged passing defects.

I'm not anti, I don't know anything about him other than what I've seen and read today, but I'm not going overboard.
